You should not be burdened with fixing, cleaning and all kinds of unpleasant surprises awaiting you on your well deserved holiday. MJS SOLUTIONS appreciates the fact that your home is an investment which should be kept well maintained and safe. We therefore make it our mission to take care of your home and all your needs to ensure ultimate ownership and relaxed holidays.
Our most valued service is SAFE KEY KEEPING. Your keys and remotes are the most valuable addition to your home. Same will be kept in a fire proof safe at all times, accessible ONLY to the owners of MJS SOLUTIONS, while is safe keeping. The safe is guarded by an alarm system. Keys to your home will under no circumstances be handed to a third party without the written consent of the owner. Keys and remotes are properly monitored in a register.
We can also assist with various legal documentation e.g. short term and/or long term Lease Agreements, Indemnity Forms, etc. For this service kindly refer to our Legal Services page on our website.
Attend to Inventory Check List before holiday makers arrive and one day after.
Secure safe lock-up one day after departure.
Basic services include a monthly visit by MJS SOLUTIONS. On this visit we check the overall appearance of your home, test lights, basic electric home appliances (excluding washing machines, machinery, pumps, filters etc), fridges and freezers, obvious leaks and/or defects. Any faults noted will be photographed and communicated to you.
Where service providers are needed for general maintenance or repairs we can assist with referrals, obtain quotes and oversee access control. We have longstanding relations with various qualified, highly professional and reputable Plumbers, Electricians and Cleaning Services etc. (this service does not include any building or structural projects). Additional services and requests attract a fee per event as per our Price List.

NEED GROCERIES PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
We can purchase and supply groceries, cleaning materials, over-the-counter medication and deliver same to your home prior to arrival. Switch on fridges, geyser etc and unpack your groceries. For this service a detailed list is needed 10 days prior to arrival together with sufficient funds to purchase same and cover the fee. Upon arrival you will be presented with your till slip, Invoice for fee charged and change.
